New(ish) and need SERIOUS minded accountabili-buddies!!!!

I’ve been down this road before. I love to workout. I’ve done everything from powerlifting to boxing to bikini competitions. But the food....that’s what always gets me. And I refuse to let it keep ruling my life. It’s food for goodness sake. I’m in a rut with the workouts which has been hard for me (because that’s always been the easy pet for me). So looking for others who are looking to stick with it and have the “enough is enough” mindset. Let’s do this!!!!

The food gets me too, but I pretty much refuse to log it at this point. I tend to take it too far and restrict too much...but without logging I kinda do the opposite, but still stay within my maintenance range. Idk, I just keep working out.🤷‍♀️

Food, lovely food. Lovely lovely food. Sweet food, savory food, sometimes even plainly awful-but available- food. I get ya.

Yes, for some of us, we think we’re consuming it but actually it’s consuming us.

I find that the process of weighing accurately and logging honestly-no matter how ugly it is- keeps my head in the game.

Yeah, it can be a PITA, but seeing those numbers is sobering and keeps me accountable. And the weighing logging does get easier. The learning curve is pretty quick.

Hey I totally get you there. For most of us food is our downfall whether its cakes chocolate or just a combination of overeating. Logging all the time helps and keeps you accountable. You can do it.
