Just wanted your input. So far I dropped 21#'s, Yay!! I am where I started or left off. Question I have just like when we were fresh from surgery, I had a gastric bypass in 2006, all the weight rapidly fell off I lost 185#'s, I am so greatful for that on the other hand I never got to goal weight. I have been on a healthy kick now I am on a 90day challenge with Zeal to become Healthy and Fit, well now it seems to be slowing down almost to a halt. I no I should't weigh every day but I have gotten Neurotic about it last week and this week was 2 pound's per week loss which is good. But now it seems to be nothing lingering up or down .2#'s. any suggestions to break this plateau.
