I am returning after 2 years. My first time I was here I lost 54#. I started at 216.8 and got down to 163. I was happy at that point and started getting lazy. I gained to 174 after a year but maintained that until 2020. With Covid hitting and not working then getting tarsal tunnel my feet I lost control. I was put on steroids for a short while and really blew up. I stopped weighing myself until a month ago. I just want to cry or beat a wall I am up to 209.4. I did this before and I know I can do it again but this time I am not stopping until I reach my goal. Who is with me!?

Don't beat yourself up. I believe many of us could tell the same story. I gained this year too. Keep tracking your calories and you will be at 163 in no time. I get motivated from the success photos. If they can do it, we can do it!
