Motivation/accountability friend please! Goal: -15 pounds!

I'm new to MFP and really want to lose 15 pounds. It may not seem like a lot but to me it might as well be 500. The problem I have is getting motivated, STAYING motivated, and creating lifelong healthy habits so that the weight stays OFF this time! If anyone else could use support/encouragement, please feel free to add me!
