Can it be done?

When I exercise, my food diary automatically increases my daily calorie goals, carb goals, etc. I want them to stay what I have them set at! Is there anyway to turn that off?

If you have the premium plan, it can be done. Go to premium features and you will find the option to turn off the automatic adjustment for exercise. I’m not commenting on whether it should be done, just noting that it can be done.

I was a size 4 all my life...until I hit my 40s....when I blew up to a size 20! Many years ago, I lost 78 pounds and became a size 0. I maintained that weight until 3 years ago when my husband was diagnosed as terminal. With the stress, lots of hospital food, food on the run, etc., I put some of the weight back on and now want to lose it again. I am extremely carb sensitive and can't lose at all if I exceed 20 net carbs...and even then, I am an extremely slow loser...which is why I want to lock the goal in. I can't afford to add in the extra carbs...not worried about the adjustment of the other values...just the carbs. It's bad enough I can't get the settings changed to just show net carbs so have to subtract all the fiber and alcohol sugars each day.

P.S. I don't chart my exercise. I will be 70 this year and get most of my exercise walking and watching a baby, a toddler and a kindergartner. My fitbit is what tracks the exercise I get in my normal day and sends it to MFP.
