My next goal is to be down another 25 by Christmas. Do you think this is realistic?

It's a tough goal, I think the key could be really keeping your exercise up, because then if you don't meet the magic number, you will look like you have as everything will be lifted and toned more! Well done on your loss so far, good luck!0

Everything is possible . Targets are good but always remember its not the be all and end all, as long as you have lost weight that's really what you set out to do and if it takes a bit longer to hit targets it makes you appreciate the effort involved losing weight and less likely to put it back on again Well done so far and good luck but remember its not a race0 -
Great job! Looks like we're losing at the same rate. I've lost 20 lbs in about 14.5 weeks. I've still got about 30 to go. I don't know about you, but the last month or so the loss has been a lot slower. I'm thinking it's going to be about April or May before I reach my goal. I could just be pessimistic though. No matter how long it takes, we'll both get there though. Keep up the good work!0

I am at 20 in 12 weeks (with a 4 lb relapse from vacation) and I seem to be meeting the ticker when it says "Hey if you keep eating like this your will weigh.....in 5 weeks". So I think paying attention to that migh help you realize your goal?0

The ticker only shows what you May lose (read the small print) The best thing is to find what suits you0 -

That's pretty much what I said-it tells you what you "might weigh" and it has worked for me.0 -
