Hi everyone glad to be hear. Anyone trying to lose weight with Hypo thyroid? Any success? I would love to hear your story. I'm struggling so decided to join and hoping it can help.

    Hi I have under active thyroid. I’ve put on loads of weight and struggle to get it off. Before I use to lose it a lot faster but now it’s definitely a struggles I am going to see a dietitian to get advise x

    I have Graves Disease (hyper) but when they put me on methimazole it made me go hypo. I just wanted to show support as well as strongly recommend you find a doctor that will work with you to get your levels where YOU want them to be.
