i am watching what I eat and am eating healthier. I i am working out on a total gym but I don't see my weight going down.

    Are you logging everything you eat and using a scale?

    Eating healthier DOESN'T always translate to EATING LESS CALORIES. Subway is a better choice than McDonald's "healthwise" but a foot long turkey can easily be 700 calories.

    Have u done measurement? Sometimes u loose inches but not lbs.
