Under Settings, go to Push notifications, and you can set them to NOT notify you every time someone comments on a status you commented on. You can also go to Community, and "un-favorite" the thread, but clicking the little star, finding the specific thread (this one), and then at the top right, click the little star that's yellow, so it "un favorites" the thread, and it won't show up when you click the star to your favorite threads.
