Be encouraged and of good cheer, because the VICTORY is YOURS today!!!!!!!

Whether you can see it or not! You can win this battle to get fit and healthy-

1- Wake up each day and commit to ONE DAY only...TODAY

2- Say the words out loud, I will do everything TODAY to STAY the COURSE and this includes, making good choices when it comes to the food I put in my mouth... as well as, I will MOVE my body TODAY also!

3- Celebrate at the each day that YOU DID IT!!
