Birthday Disappointment

Hello Everyone!

Today is my birthday and I had decided to convert from free to Premium status. When I clicked through to the payment method I learned that myfitnesspal does not accept payment method alternatives to actual credit cards. Bummer! Since all of the website security breaches of late, I no longer give me actual credit information on a site -- If they don't accept PayPal or some other legitimate payment alternative, I don't proceed. So, I guess I'll stay with the free plan.

Also, when I tried to get further information from "chat," I was unable to get a live person and I was not directed to a link to leave a message with a live customer service agent. Another disappointment. :(

    that is devine intervention.. save the money for a new outfit you want once you loose some weight .

    From what I've heard from others on here, premium isn't what it's cracked up to be. Don't be disappointed :)
