Not losing weight :(

I am starting to lose my motivation because I am not losing weight. I started out aiming for 1 lb lost per week and that currently puts me at 1260 calories a day. I've been doing this for a few months now and I have seen zero results. I eat super healthy and do not eat past 8pm. I think my sugar consumption might have something to do with it so this past week I started keeping my sugar under the goal assigned.
Any help would be appreciated!!!

If you open up your diary then maybe we can help! Did you mean 1lb per week though? That's a healthier timeline, in my opinion!0

One pound per day??? Are you sure The most you should look to lose is 1 to 1.5 pounds per week. Looks as if you have set up incorrectly0

Are you eating back your exercise calories? Strange as it might sound, if your *net* calories are always below 1200, you will probably plateau. If you doubt the science/logic, please see my blog0

Personally, I think 1lb a day is a little much. Your body will fluctuate on a daily basis. From the time you wake up to the time you go to bed, you will gain upwards of 2lbs alone...dropping weight fast isnt always a good thing..0

Yep, there is no realistic way to lose 1 pound per day. Also i have heard if you limit calories too severely, your body goes into starvation mode and basically tries to keep the weight on. 1260 is not many calories, especially if you are working out, too.0

I`m thinking your miss typed the 1 pound per day and ment 1 pound per week
with that said how much do you have to loose? If your within 20 pounds or less of your goal weight I would switch it to .5 per week also Make sure to eat your exercise cals eatting to little can stall your weight loss0 -
Maybe u need to eat more? If your too low you aren't going to loose? I am trying zig zagging to boost me a bit, if u add me you can see how I go on.0

So if I work out and say that gives me extra calories to work with I shouldn't eat what I gained? If so that helps a lot...thanks!0

your diary is still private but yes if you work out eat those extra calories it gives you to eat. The site already gave you a calorie deficit when you signed up so you need to eat those cals especialy if your close to your goal weight0
