    Congrats on the first 15. What are you going to do differently for the last ten? What are you changing up so that after you lose that ten you keep doing whatever you're doing so you can keep it off?

    Great question! I only just started tracking my macros this month, so I’m hoping that’s the key! I’m also organizing my gum routines into something cohesive.

    What have been your keys to success?
