I dont know if this counts as a "selfie" (not huge on pictures), but heres my 2 1/2 months progress working with a functional health coach and personal trainer! The left me was eating 1000 calories per day, doing excessive cardio, and then binging on weekends. The right me is eating 2000 calories per day, lifting 4x per week, and tracking macros consistently. You all are such an encouragement to stay the coarse and push through the difficult times. Im happy to be apart of the community and to watch all of you transform! You are all so beautiful!

Thank you! Yeah it was rough, we lost power and water for awhile but I was melting snow inside and had my generator I bought during the 2 hurricanes that hit us back to back. ^^^ disagrees like the one above especially in selfie threads makes my blood boil, Seriously, I don't understand. How low must a person be to make people feel like that about themselves. It really costs nothing to be kind and it also costs nothing to just keep scrolling if you don't like what you see.12

I agree, I don’t understand why some people spread negativity. If someone is feeling good in their body why try to bring them down. And to the person who put a disagree ... your beautiful and your loved!9 -

I agree, I don’t understand why some people spread negativity. If someone is feeling good in their body why try to bring them down. And to the person who put a disagree ... your beautiful and your loved!

Would probably find another way to try to hurt me. Maybe if they walked a mile in my shoes they wouldn't intentionally try to hurt my feelings. Oh well, going to move on with my day now 😊4 -

I agree and I also feel like an "insightful" on a selfie is like a huge middle finger.6
