When I’m lifting, I need heavy metal like Pantera. It takes me to another level. When I’m on my bike, I listen to edm, like Calvin Harris and Avicci. Don’t need to be so aggressive on the bike ;)

I play the Pandora Dio channel when when I'm doing cardio. I may live near Philly now but I'm an old Detroit guy and I like my rock 'n roll loud, hard, and nasty!

I usually go out to Amazon music, and pick one of the music radio stations. Usually there is about 50 mins. worth of music. I listen to anything from Pop, to Hip hop, and 80's. What's nice also is some of the songs have the lyrics so I can sing along to keep my breathing in check.

I pick a show and only watch it while using the elliptical, treadmill, or bike. It works really well to make me workout. :)

I've been a drummer for years, so I love listening to music with steady, driving drum beats. I lean towards hard rock or alt rock during gym workouts, but sometimes I just hit shuffle & go with the flow when I'm taking a walk. Might end up with country or jazz, who knows?
