Newbie

Hi Everyone, had the talk with the Weight doctor and she said you're going on the KETO diet and you have to eat fat, wow. Steak, sausage sour cream, olive oil, butter, peanut butter some veggies with cheese, cheese with cheese. So sign me up. Two days in and myfitnesspal says I am not eating enough fat, not enough calories. Looking forward to eating hearty and working out at Planet Fitness.

    Fat loss is about consuming fewer calories than you burn. I'd suggest you read all the stickied posts in Getting Started. This is about maintaining a calorie deficit no matter your food choices or preferred eating style. Welcome to MFP!
