I'm taking different vitamins on a daily basis, do they count with these macro nutrients and how do i log them?

I don't log them, not really worth the effort. But I'm only taking a Multi-Vitamin, Calcium/D and a Potassium with a Serving of Metamucil every morning.

Aside from the Metamucil, Everything is in Tablet form. I suppose if you took enough vitamins, and preferred the more bulky and gelatin filled Gummy style variety, and took them multiple times a day... It could add up enough to matter if eating close to maintenance... Otherwise I wouldn't sweat it to much.

Most vitamins will not contribute towards your macronutrient goals at all. Some supplements may have enough fat that you will want to log them (thinking about omegas and things like that) and if you're taking gummy vitamins, you may want to log those for the carbohydrates if you're looking to be very accurate (I think my gummy vitamins have about 20 calories, for example). If you want to log them, you can search for them in the food database. If you don't find them, you can create your own entries. If you're taking them for micronutrients, keep in mind that MFP doesn't track most micronutrients so it isn't going to make a different to your logging one way or another.

Gonna throw in my support for vitamin D. It’s literally like steroids for my mood. Gets me upbeat, happy and motivated and assists in suppressing doubt and negative thoughts :) Great for discipline and self control.

Macro-nutrients are carbohydrates, protein, and dietary fat. Vitamins provide micro-nutrients...vitamins and minerals. A daily multi-vitamin or individual vitamins don't contribute to your macros...and typically have none or completely negligible calories. I never logged them. I take a Men's Once A Day to cover my bases as well as vitamin D because blood work has shown me to be deficient when I don't take it and vitamin K2 since it is very difficult to get adequate amounts from food.
