So I am starting my journey to a better life! I am on day 4 of using mfp and have already noticed I am choosing better food and have the motivation to do better.
My goal for beginning again is to gain control of my life. I have type 1 diabetes, and suffer from depression, so I am hoping that I can find a way to help with these things by creating healthier habits. Please feel free to add me so we can motivate each other to reach our goals.

    Many of the things you've mentioned seem to go hand in hand. Nothing is a cure all, but this is a good way to start. You can do this
