Hey all you rock stars. My name is Bill. After my divorce, I felt likeit was time to focus on myself and build myself into the person I have always wanted to be. Just got myself a dietician and working with a personal trainer. I am a work in progress, and I want to be the best father I can be for my children, and "Live my Best Life!!" I'm 404 lbs down from 458 lbs. My first goal is to drop into the 300's. I want to be able to eventually run a 5K or an obstacle course race like Spartan Race or Tough Mudder. I want my children to learn from their father and promote a healthy and active lifestyle. SO here it goes. I hope we can all learn and build with each other and be accountable and successful together.
