One of my guilty pleasures in life is watching contemporary remakes of B&W films (try Father of the Bride and you'll never go back lol).

Apparently, there's also a 1986 version of Native Son with Oprah and Matt Dillon as part of the cast but I haven't yet found a streamable version available to Canadians.
