Today was the 1st time in a long time I challenged myself. Set a goal of waking 1,500 steps an to get at least halfway to our town bridge. I was able to walk 6,136 steps an made it to that bridge. Huge deal for me. I have had two back to back bone injures in 3 years. It has kept me from being able to exercise an I gained weight.
With the help of MFP app an will power I can do this.
