Looking for tips on recipes that can help me with eliminating the fat and carbs and also upping fiber and protein. All help would be appreciated. After having an injury 2 years ago I am finally able to get around and now need to lose the weight I put on. Thanks!!!!

Has your personal doctor advised you, specifically, to avoid fat and carbs?0

Unless a doctor has specifically told you to follow this way of eating, it's generally not advisable to go low fat and low carbohydrate at the same time.

I follow a fairly balanced approach to my Macros. And I'm generally close to my macros most days, but the only one that I stick to is my calories.
Dietary fibre is hard to hit I find. Fruits and moreso vegetables are a good source of fibre. And having Fibre One or something like that can help. The original Fibre One cereal has something like 15g of dietary fibre for a small half cup serving. It can certainly help reach any Fibre goals. I would of course not recommend to only get your fibre from this one source. But if you start your morning with it, it can help meet fibre goals through the day, and it can keep you regular!
In terms of Protein, leaner proteins such as Chicken Breast, Tuna, Cottage Cheese, Tofu are not going to have as much fat and carbs (if that is what you are trying to avoid), but give you the protein that you want. But why fear fat and carbs? I personally love Chicken Thigh and dark meat. I eat pork and beef... and fish... seafood... tofu... it's all game. I do love variety, and need it to keep on this journey.
But as someone starting out, you will need to figure out what works best for you. Good luck. Be safe. Be well.1 -
Do you just mean lowering fat and carbs and increasing protein and fiber to meet MFP's default macros, or are you on a special diet? If you are trying to meet MFP's macros and finding it hard, use your diary as a tool -- look at your macros at each meal/snack and figure out where you might be able to cut fats/carbs and add in more protein and fiber (fiber will typically come from foods that are largely carbs, and you can sub those for lower fiber carb sources)--often it's a matter of portions.
If you want a suggestion on your specific diet, we could review your diary and make suggestions.
Do you have a good understanding of what foods tend to contribute the various macros and fiber?1 -

As others have said, hopefully "eliminate" was just a dramatic word choice. Anyway if you stick to your calorie goal and focus on getting more protein and fiber, any excess fat and carbs will be reduced without worrying about it.
I found building my meals and snacks around protein and fiber, then filling in the rest, was critical. If you don't typically eat them, beans & lentils are a great way to work on both. I'm no cook, so no recipes for you0
