Hi I don’t know if I’m posting in the right place but I need help😨
I’ve recently restarted I entered my daily calorie as 1000 bc I couldn’t fight out how to calculate what it should be.
I’m having trouble meeting my daily goal
Should I force myself if I’m not hungry and I’m also trying to do IF.

1000 calories is too few for any normal sized adult, even a petite one, to get adequate nutrition. If you feel full, add something more calorie-dense but not filling, such as nuts, avocado, full-fat versions of foods you're eating as low or nonfat (like yogurt, say), fattier cuts of meat or fish, and that sort of thing. Sometimes drinking calories (something like a smoothy, or even fruit juice) is not as filling as a food you chew. If you're having trouble eating enough calories to get basic energy and nutrition, IF may not be an ideal strategy, but that's up to you.
To get a more appropriate calorie goal, go to your MFP profile, and enter the information it asks for. Ask for a weight loss rate that is less than 1% of your current body weight per week. It will calculate a calorie goal for you. Eat very close to that number of calories. Eating too few calories increases health risks: No one wants that, right?

No you shouldn't eat as low as 1,000 cals.
Don't force yourself to do IF if you are struggling to eat enough.
Assuming you are here to lose weight why are you suddenly finding eating a tiny amount of food difficult?
Here's how your goal is calculated - https://support.myfitnesspal.com/hc/en-us/articles/360032625391-How-does-MyFitnessPal-calculate-my-initial-goals-2 -
IF is a useful tool if it makes it easier for someone to meet their calorie goal. If it's keeping you from meeting your nutritional needs and you can't eat enough, then it may not be the right fit for you (or you may just need to tweak your food choices).1

I did 1000 and was even low as 800 for a couple months. It did help me lose a considerable amount of weight. Would never recommend it lol.
