Hello! How many found the switch from WW to Myfitnesspal difficult?

I'm a lifetime member of WW and I prefer using MFP to the WW app. Just remember there are no zero point foods so you need to log everything.0

I prefer this to WW. Their points system left me eating very low calories, which led to binging. MFP is much more sustainable and better for me. Just weigh and log everything.1

I agree Kamarlea. MFP is much more cohesive to my realistic diet. I was always STARVING on ww!1
