3rd time trying PLEASE HELP!

Hi everyone I'm introducing myself for the first time. I'm a 24 year old single mother that has always had a weight problem. After the birth of my daughter back in 2003 I blew up from a size 13 to a size 17. Currently I'm in a size 13 and it seems so difficult to lose the weight. My goal weight is to drop down to 125 lbs. I really need friends and support from MFP to help me stay on track. I've noticed in my situation its a pattern I begin over and over again to diet and excersise but always fail this time I'm aiming for it to be different. :-)

    I'm not sure what you need help with as I don't see any questions in your post --- but you're om the right track if you're going to commit to tracking your food, drink and exercise!

    I know exactly how you feel. It seems like I've been either dieting or overeating since I learned what the word "fat" meant. I get bored with my routine and instead of changing it up, I just give up. I've been my most successful when I stop looking at it as a diet and take it as a lifestyle change that will ultimately benefit my health.

    With so many people here that empathize with your plight (myself included), you should have no problem finding a group to help keep you motivated.
