Just seeing who else out there is doing these videos. I started this year doing Couch to Fitness, but had to take a break due to a shoulder issue and was recommended Get Fit with Rick. I pass on that recommendation, as he has a great selection of free videos on Youtube and he is hilarious as well.

The only downside is that he lives in Dubai and I have to stop my teeth from grinding in envy when I see the background to his videos :D

    I've done a few! I like the dance moves. It's good to do on a rainy evening to get my steps up.
