Trying to lose weight and stop bingeing.

Got to lose 21.4 lbs in the next 33 days to make weight for a boxing match. I fast every once in a while, but I've got a bad habit of bingeing, whether I'm super hungry or not.
Right my only goal for the next 33 days (besides the weight loss) is to log everything I eat as accurately as possible and start every meal with at least 100 calories of green or cruciferous vegetables.
Looking for tips, tricks, and connections for accountability!

Binging is my number one problem, too. I don't even intend to do it. Sometimes it just happens. I find trying to retrain how I look at binge-worthy items is helpful. Yo limit myself to one serving size, I'll include them with a meal rather than eat them by themselves. That way, I'm already getting full by the time I start tossing it back. It's when I'm hungry and start snacking that I get into trouble.0

Be sure to drink plenty of water! We tend to mistake thirst for hunger and wind up eating more when we really just need a glass of water.0
