Prepping Beef spare ribs. Im having lunch guests so I want them to slow cook all morning. 😋 I want the ribs to slow cook, not the guests.. js 😆

My last batch.
Those look great. We slow cooked ribs for the first time Sunday, a green chili verde style. They were fantastic. I'll never BBQ them again. I might smoke some but never straight BBQ them.0 -

I always just bbqed mine too, till I saw them done on a cooking show. So I tried them slow cooked. They were so tender and tasty that I've made them this way ever since. The green chilli Verde sounds interesting.. whats in it?
My sauce is a mix of smokey bb and sweet chilli sauce, but I have used Sweet Baby Ray's sweet n spicy bbq sauce.0 -

I use some of those types on chicken. But always prefer spicy BBQ on beef.
