Restart my life :)

It has been a long time since I was on this app and posted anything. So where to begin . First time I started losing my weight I was pretty much straving myself so I could look good for someone else. The past year I let myself go again. If it wasn't stepping on a scale and seeing 308 lbs I would kept going down the path of over eating and letting myself go. I decide it was time for life change so I could be happy again. I started walking more and recording what I eat everyday and went from 308 to 283 and never felt better. I notice my moods have improved in last couple months and I plan to lose the weight and keep it off.
