What are some split exercises for legs if im trying to do it 3xs a week?

Grow my glutes and strengthen my legs0

Okay you could do one day for quads (heavy), the next for hamstrings and glutes (tie ins) (heavy) and then combined quad and hamstrings for a moderate load along with isolation exercises with higher reps (like 25 per set),

Recommendations would be based off your training history, equipment availability, what you define as strength to you legs. In other words what do you want to be stronger at? Performing a 1rm on the platform, carrying heavy loads, running 10ks, etc...
