Greetings!

Hi everyone, so this is my second time on MFP and the first time about 3-4 years ago I did really well, went from about 150kg down to about 85kg and felt amazing but my depression reared its ugly head and life became, well that much harder for me and I started to fall back into unhealthy habits and then COVID happened and bam before you know it back to square one.

The biggest difference between now and then is that I have learnt to be a bit more open with people and deal with my depression in more productive ways. I wanted to take a chance on meeting and talking to people who are in/have been in the same boat as me and hopefully make some good friends in the process

I have just started my journey again and I know there will be ups and downs, but this time I am not going to try and do this alone

Leo

Welcome back! Kudos for addressing your mental health, that's the most important step.

I also lost a ton of weight a few years ago, but gained it all back! (and then some, lol)

Addressing your mental health is an excellent place to start! Good for you :)
