Monday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Tricep Dips
Let's do the 5 min thing again it seems to be going fairly well for now.
The farther out you move your feet the harder these are to do. So.....Today let's move your feet out as far as you can.
You can do them any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
If you can't do 250 then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

Thank you when I first started these with these mini challenges that charger set which wasn't all that long ago for me I struggled to do 10 at a time and took me ages inbetween to do the next 10.. all charger is asking people to do is the best that they can do and a personal challage to themselves no matter what the number is and not to worry what anyone else is doing. some of the excercises will be easier for some to do depending on how fit they are and how long they have been excercising..its great just to join in and do it soon you will see the difference!
