Managing Stress

Hi everyone.
As someone who has dealt with mental depression and anxiety off and on from the age of 8, the best way to manage stress for me is yoga, meditation, breathing techniques and dancing. Whatever you love and whatever makes you feel peaceful- do that. Drawing, singing- that's what brings down stress to me and helps me cope with it in a positive way instead of overeating or eating junk. I hope this helps someone :) x

    I like walking, trashy podcasts and wine (in moderatiom, otherwise the initial problem can be much worse).
