not very much weight loss

Ive been doing work outs since march and only lost 28lb but my body has changed ALOT.
ive lost about 10inc from my weist 6 from my hips bra size has dropped my 2 cup sizes
ive lost 11inc from my belly section.

why does the scale not move!!

    28 lbs is a lot well done! No one can see how much you weigh, only what size you are. Try concentrate on measurements not the scale, but you should be very proud of how far you ahve come!

    Are you weight lifting? Sounds like you added some muscle mass while losing weight which is great. Ignore the scale and judge with the mirror....

    I'm not sure why losing about 6 pounds a month would be a problem... That sounds very healthy to me.

    That is awesome! muscle weighs more than fat. The most important changes are the ones your body makes so it sounds like what you are doing is working! Keep up the great work!
