Hello all, back at it again

Hello everyone,
I am back again after some considerable time off from working out. I started my journey last year when I weighed 275 and was about 35% body fat. I have since dropped 55 pounds (started may 2020), and got stuck at 225 for months. I finally decided to come back to MFP so I can get back on track. This along with intermittent fasting has really jumped start my weight loss again.
My plan is to loose about 10 to 15 more pounds, but more importantly, drop the body fat % to around 10% lofty goals but one I know I can hit this time.

The hardest part is the first step of getting back to MFP! It took me a long while but I'm back now as well. So far, no results but I'm only 15 days logging and I do feel better.0
