    There are a bunch there, even (despite the title) some bodyweight programs that require little/no equipment. In general, a well-designed, progressive program is going to yield better results than a self-designed selection of good exercises.

    Add all-round good nutrition (especially but not exclusively adequate protein), and (if losing weight) a slow weight loss rate, and that's about the best odds, IMO. It's an investment in patience, generally. 😉
