I am a CABGx5 survivor (11/11/2020) and would love to be pals with same. Low salt, low fat, low cholesterol dieting is NOT easy! Let's help each other out!

Just chiming in to applaud you for making the effort to improve your health. My husband had bypass 25 years ago and has had a lot of good years since the surgery. My father had bypass surgery and lived 26 more years to his late 80s. It is very scary when you go through it, but it is the beginning of a better journey.
My dad quit smoking, walked about 40 minutes every day until his final illness, did what I would call old style calisthenics, and improved his diet without completely giving up his favorite foods.
My husband has not been as diligent but has still done okay.
You can do this !
