Hi, my name is Kimberly, and I am 66 years young! I am happy that I didn't gain tons of weight during CV19, only about 4 lbs, but I had some to lose before it started. I currently am 146 and feel the best at 128. Plus, at that weight my triglycerides are normal! i am looking forward to the LAST time I am on a weight loss journey and am looking at this as a lifestyle journey! I have a 1 year old grandson and I intent to see him go off to college! Many blessings to all of you on this discussion board!

Hi, Kimberly, and welcome to MFP! I'm 65 years old, and kind of hanging out here maintaining a weight loss (went from obese to healthy weight) from a few years back. I hear you about the "last time for weight loss": It's such a life improvement, I really want to be sure it sticks, too.
At our age, and with the relatively small amount of weight you have to lose - though I'm sure at times it doesn't seem super small😉! - slow and steady is a great route, and MFP can be a big help with that.
Wishing you much success here!0 -
