Bloom Supplements: Curious about how you liked them!

So I’ve been in search of a protein powder that doesn’t have any funky aftertaste but apparently that’s a lot harder than I thought it would be 😅

In the past I LOVED shakeology but I am not paying $100+ for a tub of protein powder... most recently I have tried isopure & transform (3 different flavors) but not a fan...

I have been fangirling someone on insta lately (her words have been speaking to my soul lately) and she is a huge advocate of Bloom supplements.

I just got stimulated so I decided I would splurge on some items that seem like they’ll be amazing, but won’t be here until Tuesday 😩

Here’s what I ordered!

I got a few freebies which is awesome! I was going to try the chocolate cupcake flavor protein powder but then I qualified for the free chocolate milkshake one so I got the banana cream flavor so I can test a bigger flavor variety to start. It was so hard to choose! They have flavors like fruity cereal, fruity flavors, cinnamon bun, other chocolate based flavors, vanilla, strawberry, blueberry cheesecake 🤤 (and more!) omg I could have ordered them all bull I had to slow my roll because I need to make sure I like them before spending all the money.

I have never used a preworkout so I’m anxious to give that a try! I am curious to see if the greens have that hay/grass taste but people say it doesn’t so we’ll have to see about that!

Anyways, I’d love to hear you’re thoughts on the company/products if you’ve tried them before!!

I have protein powder (PEScience) for cooking and my nightly milkshakes. I also use a pre-workout (kaged muscle)

Buying EAA while buying protein is a waste. If you consume adequate protein, especially animal based, you will consume adequate EAA. Your pre-work is a proprietary blend (from where i can see) which generally underdoses everything beneficial in a pre-workout. I super greens are big on marketing now. If you consume a healthy diet, they would not be beneficial diet. Or you could get the same benefits from multivitamins

Thank you that’s some good info! Not all of it is just for me - I was going to have my husband try the preworkout too to try and replace the energy drink he has every day but I was going to give it a try too for a boost. I don’t always do a protein shake but I do like them as a meal replacement and I have a hard time getting enough protein in.

The EAA I planned to use mainly when I need electrolytes but it would be another one of those things I was planning on having hubby try so it is sorta for both of us. He doesn’t drink protein shakes.
