Half way there

Hi All,
I have been tracking since last April and lost about 16 lbs. starting to climb back up so I want to drill down more into the details. I want to drop another 20 lbs. by my retirement on July 1.

    What a unique - and laudable - retirement goal! You're on Day 3 since this post...how has it been going for you thus far @sawshop1?

    I have been walking every day but not staying within my calorie goal. I have challenged my sister to join me so maybe we can do better together.

    This is such a sweet idea!

    As for logging,if you use the MFP diary function consistently then it all comes together over time.

    A lot of insights can be had if you track every day. The result, in my experience, is a desire to naturally course correct in a sustainably healthy manner (whether it be calories, macronutrients, micronutrients, etc)
