    Yes Cesarwife, I’m thirsty too! Will be interesting what replies you get to this....I’m “pre-diabetic” - type 2 - when I had HbA1C checked, so is probably part of that. However, as less calories now, & feeling more in tune with hunger cues as opposed to other cues that my response is / was to with consume food, I think I am getting better at recognising thirst and so drinking more water. possibly 🤔

    I am always thirsty ...I was type 2 diabetic but now I am pre diabetic and still thirsty
