Have not lost weight

I’ve been on my weight loss journey since March 8 I gained 2 pounds while using my fitness pal what do you suggest

    We are going to need a lot more information,
    Age, Height, Calorie intake, activity level, weight training? are you using a food scale?

    Losing any meaningful amount of weight is a long-term proposition, and keeping it off is a permanent one. Some surprises are likely along the way, and some fine tuning and adjustment may be required at times. Hang in there! (Oh, and answer those questions above, as we may be able to offer more specific suggestions.)
