no.time.to.exercise but must lose 35 lbs by June 2021

Hello all!
I'm just in a mental training to be healthy by making some changes in a challenging body!
35lbs must go by summer!
SW 184.5
GW 149.0
No time to exercise!
But I can change my eating habits (agree!!)
I sleep late daily (must avoid late snacks)
Health is taking a down turn, and must be appreciative of God given temple!
Must reach and maintain below 150 lbs.
35 lbs by June God's willing
Consistency is the key.
I pray and look forward to healthy ME.
Goal :
-decrease sugar intake
-eat in 10hrs window period (intermittent fasting)
-decrease food portions
-set and re-set weekly meals goal
