After my 4th heart attack, I had a meeting with myself and came to the conclusion that I wanted to "DieSkinny",so....... Here I am!!!!

Usually when 40 we already have much going with our life's, work, family, maybe bzns..
A lot of stress is already happening.
I started to forget about the numbers, scale, BFP, calories.. and all of these extra stress factors, and focused more on having a healthy habits, as possible, for the sake of eat less and move more, and adapt.
This also doesn’t mean I just stay this all the way,
With some free meals, or even mini binge, it worked well for me.1 -
The same as getting lean before 40. Eat well and exercise. Now that my kids are older I have more time to focus on myself and be active. I find it is easier now than it was in my 30s.0
