    After my 4th heart attack, I had a meeting with myself and came to the conclusion that I wanted to "DieSkinny",so....... Here I am!!!!
    Wish me luck, Add me and let's laugh a little and keep our spirits up.

    Usually when 40 we already have much going with our life's, work, family, maybe bzns..
    A lot of stress is already happening.

    I started to forget about the numbers, scale, BFP, calories.. and all of these extra stress factors, and focused more on having a healthy habits, as possible, for the sake of eat less and move more, and adapt.

    This also doesn’t mean I just stay this all the way,
    With some free meals, or even mini binge, it worked well for me.

    The same as getting lean before 40. Eat well and exercise. Now that my kids are older I have more time to focus on myself and be active. I find it is easier now than it was in my 30s.
