Started last week and happy with my 2lb loss, I have eaten what I have fancied no restrictions..

    Weighing and counting is the magic bullet so many of us have sought- we just don’t like to hear it, lol.

    My adult-self didn’t like hearing “No”, even if it was internal no.

    If you’re persistent, the weight will come off. Just be patient the first month or two til you get a handle on it, and remember that you are learning new habits for a lifetime, not trying to reach some goal and fall back into bad habits.
