Hello mate. I have found that setting a time limit to a project always helps me focus. 49 days ago I started my 100 day challenge. In short I have to limit my calorie intake to less than 1500 calories a day and weigh myself everyday. As a bonus I added that I will not drink alcohol or eat bread. 49 days later and I have lost 7 kg (15 pound in old money) I have another 4kg to go before I am in my ideal BMI weight and 51 days to do it. Good luck with your project.3
