Started the standard process cleanse and finish the 21 days. Followed the diet precisely. The 1st week I lost 4 lbs. and then 1 lb. the next 15 days no weight loss. I started at 215lb 5'4'' and now I am 210lb. The diet is very low carb almost keto less than 20g carbs. I did this 3 years ago and was able to lose 12 lbs. Now I am older and probably in menopause . I drink 100 oz. of water, I do not eat red meat. I eat just a piece or two of fish or chicken and sometimes some shrimp. They are always air fried. I use olive or avocado oil. I do not eat excess meat. I eat 4 eggs and low carb veggies like zucchini, cauliflower rice, bitter gourd, kale chips ( air fried) . I drink on cup of coffee per day with Monk fruit sugar. I eat 1/4 cup of Pumpkin seeds ( roasted and salted). I have started working out mostly HIIT at home workouts for 30 min - 5 days a week. I have a lot of weight to lose and I understand that it will take time but with such a high weight I thought the clean eating and working out and hydration and doing a good detoxification like the standard process will help to restart the body toward a healthy weight. I am feelin g very discouraged. I don't have a sweet tooth ( I don't like chocolate or anything sweet) . Besides all that is listed there is nothing else in my diet. Please let me know what I might be doing wrong or if there is anything else I'm not doing or is it possible that I will just never lose weight and my best chance is to remain the same - need motivation to go on but need to succeed with this weight loss.

You don't need to "detox," that's what your liver and kidneys are for. You can safely ignore anyone or anything trying to sell you a "detoxifying cleanse" of any kind. "Clean eating" is also mostly bullsh8t from what I can tell. If you like zucchini, cauliflower rice, kale chips, etc then by all means eat those things, but you don't have to eat or not eat any particular food in order to lose weight. Fat loss comes down to calories in > calories out, that's it.
If you aren't already, start weighing your food, and it sounds like you're not since you talk about eating 4 eggs and 1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds and not 200g of eggs or 50g pumpkin seeds. So, get a food scale, and start doing that. You're probably eating more than you think you are.
If you haven't already gone through the guided MFP setup to get a calorie budget, go do that. Remember that your activity level for MFP is based on how active you are outside of purposeful exercise, which you're expected to log in your diary. So, even though you're working out for 30 minutes every weekday, if you spend the rest of the day on your tuchus, you would be considered Sedentary/Not Very Active. Lightly active would be spending the day on your feet but maybe not walking around much, like a retail-type job where you stand in one place most of the day. Active would be spending most of the day walking around (e.g., waiting tables or caring for little kids), and Very Active would be spending most of the day doing manual labor (cleaning, landscaping, warehouse stocking).
Finally, how long have you been at it? Weight loss takes time. Get your calorie budget, start weighing your food, and stick with that for a month or two before you decide it's all hopeless. You won't see results in days or weeks, it takes longer than that.6 -
You never mentioned logging food and counting calories. Even eating healthy you can still be consumingore calories than your body burns, and to lose weight you've got to eat less than you burn.0

Hi Carol. Weight loss is an ongoing process. Some weeks are better than others. I have lost 40 pounds in 6 months. I'm not special I have just figured out how I need to do it. I started logging what I eat everyday and sharing it with hope it will help others. Check it out if you would like.1

My discussion is "Introduce your self" 67 years old and finally seem to have found the secret to weight loss.

I'm a very simple person. I just entered my food amounts into MFP and let it calculate how much I'm eating while slowly cutting back and adding in healthier substitutions and different recipes that looked tasty, over time I got used to the proper amounts/portion sizes and it's much easier.. I cut out a lot of processed foods by choice, they were my weakness. Alo g with sodas. I didn't really work out until a year into my weight loss. Working out can definitely help you, but it's also not a necessity. It may be easier to focus on eating habits and calories and logging your foods first and then slowly I corporate the workouts. I still have a long way to go but it's going well! Good luck on your journey!1
