SAHM trying to figure out my real goals here

Hello 👋🏻 I’m an almost 40yo stay-at-home-mom to 2 littles (6 and 1). I used to run for exercise until I badly injured my hip and am on my 5th hiatus from it now. I have a recumbent bike I like to ride when I get a chance, but the weather isn’t that great for it yet and I don’t get much time to myself to do exercise anyway due to my job as a full-time mom to 2 demanding youngsters especially during the pandemic. I need motivation to keep with it and I need an accountability partner if anyone is interested in being each other’s accountability partners. There’s a lot more I want to say but my littles are currently swarming me, so I gtg!

Hi. I am a SAHM of 3 but my kids are older now but I totally understand how hard it is to stay fit and be healthy with little ones. After years of neglecting myself now I am taking charge of my health one day at a time. Would love to have an accountability partner.
