I have lost so much weight so many times. But, each time i do i do it so quickly that i end up gaining it all back. I'm sure anybody reading this knows what i mean! Anyway, wish me luck! Steph

Good luck! You've got this! Just try to make changes that you enjoy, something that you won't want to stop doing when the weight is off (for good this time!)0

Make sustainable changes.
When you reach goal, think about how hunch effort and thought it took to get there and tell yourself “I don’t want to do that again!”
Best piece of advice I ever heard here was “treat maintenance like you still have five pounds to lose”. That stuck with me and is oh, so true.

I've done the same. This will be the third time I've sought to lose weight (after having lost significant amounts before). Ugh. It seems I do great until a significant life event happens (new relationship, babies, grief). But the last time I did this I used this app, so I know I can do it. Good luck Steph! You got this 🙂0
