                    Hey guys..... I’m back and restarting my old monthly challenges. I took a few month away as I became really ill and ended up hospitalised, but I’m back on good health with a lot of catching up and weight to lose!
So anyone who wants to join is more than welcome, its an open challenge for people to come and go as they please.
Post as much or as little as you like.
Use any format you like, I personally prefer this one.....

            Thank you @SamanthaLouiseMenceI. I have been really bad since Covid-19 hit. Gained about 25 pounds that I wanted to lose. Going for 10 pounds this month since I traditionally lose a good chunk early and then plateau. Does anyone have a walking plan? I was looking for one that came in the email, but it didn't link to anything but the calorie and fitness tracker. I have a lot of change this month (last son is moving out on Saturday. Starting new job in two weeks, going back in to office vice working at home, etc.). I want to lower food intake and start reasonable exercise to reduce stress. All ideas are welcome!

 I’m doing this little workout routine every night for now..... it’s supposed to be good for weightloss so I’m giving it a go, might interest you
 20 squats
 20 push ups
 20 jump squats
 20 pike push-ups
 10 shoulder blade planks
 20 mountain climbers
 20 crunches
 25 burpees
 20 leg raises
 20 superman
 It works pretty much all your muscles apparently..... can’t hurt to try right? Lol

            Hi, This is my first experience with a challenge on MFP. I have worked from home during the pandemic and mostly stayed indoors to avoid getting sick. Now it's time to get moving again.

 I did reach my previous UGW of 110 lbs in August 2020 but gained weight every month since and I felt 110 lbs was too low.
 I've found my new UGW (maintenance) aim of 115 to 120 lbs. I'm using Fitbod app in hopes of slowly gaining muscle as I reach for my new maintenance goal.
